We are offering a limited number of pies during our transition (see Home Page).
All pie crusts are made in-house.
If you order the Pie Crust alone, it will come frozen and unbaked. Do not pre-bake or defrost the crust before adding your filling. Whether you're making a quiche or a pie, you just fill the crust and stick it in the oven. If you need a Top Crust, we sell that as a dough ball that you can roll out and put on top (also best if it is cold when placed on the pie).
