Pizza Instructions
Storage:
Dough balls can be kept in the fridge for up to one week.
Store pizza disks in the freezer for up to 6 months.
If you’re starting with a dough ball…
1. Generously oil your hands and a piece of parchment paper with olive oil. Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
2. Dust the top of the disk with flour (we use brown rice flour) and flip it onto your pizza pan (or whatever you are using to store the disk in the freezer), flour-side down.
3. Add toppings, covering the dough with sauce all the way to the edge, then freeze. 4. Bake from frozen.
If you’re starting with a frozen pizza…
1. Preheat the oven to 550°F or 600°F.
2. Remove the pizza from the pan or board and place it on a pizza stone (for best results).
3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until your pizza has started to brown slightly underneath.
Cinnamon Buns Bake & Serve!
1. Remove buns from freezer and let thaw/proof for one (1) hour on your counter. You can let them sit out longer, but don’t exceed 3 hours.
2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
3. Remove the plastic lid from the pan and bake your buns for one hour, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. If using frosting, spread it generously on the top of the buns while they're warm so it melts and drips over the edges.
5. Eat, eat, eat!
