We've poured a lot of energy and love into our bread products! Our bread keeps really well in the fridge and freezer. Below, we give tips for storage of each product.
Bagels come in the following flavors (please specify your choices at check-out): plain, Everything, poppyseed, sesame seed, and onion. Bagels store well in the fridge and, even though they feel hard as a rock after being there, simply heat them up in the microwave (1 minute) or oven before toasting (and always toast them!). Once they've softened up, they're good to go. Bagels contain soy flour and albumen (powdered egg white), but are dairy-free.
Our large round loaf is nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (see photo of sliced bread). This bread contains soy flour and egg whites, but is dairy-free.
The sandwich loaf, dinner rolls and hoagies keep in the fridge for at least one month. Simply toast and enjoy! This recipe contains soy flour, butter, and egg.
