Bakery is temporarily closed for moving.

Hi Sweet Crime lovers! It has been a hot second, but we’ve been super busy behind the scenes and have a lot of exciting news to share with you! We’re growing as a business, thanks to all of your love and support. We wanted to keep you updated on all of the big changes you’ve helped make happen.

For starters, our founder, head baker, creative force of nature, and fearless leader Keri Lijinski is now working for Sweet Crimes full time! Keri is so excited to be able to spend more time making the edible art she is passionate about. Running a small business is not for the faint of heart, but since our earliest days, Keri has been dedicated and willing to push her limits to make Sweet Crimes a success. We’re so happy to congratulate her on this next step in her journey!

We have also relocated to a new kitchen! We’re teaming up with Mess Hall, a culinary incubator (sounds fancy, right?) here in northeast DC. Our new digs are right below Catholic University, close to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro stop. Since our new home features a demonstration kitchen and an event space, we’re sure we will see you all soon at some of Mess Hall’s delicious events.

We’re also expanding again, so there are more ways than ever to get your Sweet Crimes fix. Sweet Crimes baked goods are now available on Uber Eats, so when that 2 pm snack attack hits, you’re only a few clicks away from some gluten free goodness. Our team is also going to multiple festivals this weekend: Wanderlust at Snowshoe Mountain Resort (June 8-10), and the DC Gluten Free Expo (June 10). We’re even submitting a product for an award at the Expo!

We’re hoping to see many of you at Wanderlust and the Expo this weekend, but even if you can’t make it out, remember you can always get your Sweet Crimes fix delivered to you from our online store. And since we ship nationally, our gluten free goodies are available outside the DMV (including our new flour blend). We hope to see you soon!
